About Sayge

Finding Opportunities within Hospitality

Sayge Capital was founded to create success within the hospitality industry, specifically around Boutique Hotels. Our clients and investors look to us to find, acquire, and manage properties towards mutual success.

Industry Knowledge

Hospitality is a broad term and is usually a combination of multiple industries working together, including real estate, food & beverage, entertainment. hotel operations, guest experience, marketing, and finance/investment management. Sayge has compiled a team of experts to efficiently handle each discipline needed to ensure success.

Experience and Success

Our team has spent decades operating within real estate and hospitality. We’ve done it all in real estate…. Fix and flips, long-term rentals, mid-term rentals, and short-term rentals, with a recent investment strategy focused in boutique hotels. Our founders have been heavily involved in guest hospitality, including the marketing and advertising side through guest magazines, in-room closed circuit TV, and attraction e-ticketing.

Our Leadership

  • Jamie Sutton

    Co-Founder

Jamie started his career at the young age of 20, starting and running a tourism magazine in Southern California covering things to do for vacationers such as theme parks, museums, restaurants, and more. Over a ten year period, that grew into nine magazine titles, an in-room guest TV show, and an online ticketing system. This is where Jamie’s love for hospitality began, but he also had a passion for advertising.

Marketing and Advertising is where he has spent the last 15 years, building tech platforms and high-level advertising campaigns for many Fortune 500 businesses. Now he brings these two passions and experiences together as he embarks on the journey into Boutique Hotels.

  • Micah Kohls

    Co-Founder

After growing up in small town Nebraska, Micah made a pivotal move to Colorado where he began his career of entrepreneurship. Micah pursued opportunities in the real estate market during the Great Financial Crisis; starting an investment company to strategically acquire foreclosure properties across the country.

In the following 15 years, Micah diversified his portfolio with investments in technology startups and in various real estate sectors. He also founded Elevate BNB, a short-term rental property management company specializing in co-hosting with asset owners. Today, his diverse ventures have established a focus on hospitality assets as owner of multiple resort and hotel properties.
