Wildwood Inn was a family run business for approx. 60 years before the current owners decided it was time to retire. When our clients looked to acquire the property, they hired Sayge Capital to vet the opportunity and go through due diligence. Ultimately our client was able to acquire the property and Sayge now serves as its Asset Manager.
